“Commands not permitted”

• Make sure you have the correct role (Staff/HR/Flight Team)
• Check the bot can read roles in the server

“Slash commands not appearing”

• Re-invite the bot with application commands permission
• Make sure the bot has permission to create/use slash commands

“Profile not found”

• HR must add the user with /manageprofile add

“Certifications/strikes look broken”

• The data may be corrupted; HR can re-add or remove to fix it
