• Verify rank category/position updated

• /managecertifications → Add/Remove
• Staff can verify with /profile

✈️ Record flights (Flight Team)

• /addflight (Attended/Hosted)
• Staff can verify salary impact via /profile

🛡️ Strikes (HR + Staff visibility)

• HR adds/removes with /addstrike and /removestrike
• Staff can view with /viewstrikes
