🛡️ Getting Started (HR)

What you need​

  • Have the "Human Resources Officer" role
  • Access to the Google Sheets staff database

Common HR tasks​

  • Onboard staff into the database (/manageprofile add)
  • Update rank/department/timezone (/updateprofile)
  • Manage certifications (/managecertifications, /addcertification, /editcertification, /deletecertification)
  • Manage ranks (/addrank, /editrank, /deleterank)
  • Manage strikes (/addstrike, /removestrike)
  • Message staff (/dm, /dmrole)
  • Run activity checks (/activitycheck)
  • Force-remove profiles by ID (/manageprofile force_remove)

Force-Remove by ID​

Use the Force-Remove option when:

  • User has left the server (can't @mention them)
  • You only have their Discord ID
  • Quick removal without finding the user in member list

Usage:

/manageprofile action:"Force-Remove (by ID)" discord_id:"123456789012345678"
